The Complete Data Protection Plan consists of three major components:

  • Local Data Backup
    All data is backed up to an enterprise level storage server. This data can be restored very quickly in case of disaster or user error.

  • Offsite data backup
    Data is sent to a secure offsite location to protect against building damaging disasters such as fires or earthquakes.

  • Server Failover
    If a server crashes, the backup unit can take over and perform all functions previously provided by the server.

This is the most reliable and fastest complete data protection solution!


Backup server uses NO tape backups! There are several advantages of saving your data to a hard drive instead of using backup tapes.
  • Hard drives are a much more reliable media. There are multiple hard drives providing redundant copies of the data in case one drive fails.
  • Hard drives can restore data much faster than tapes.
  • No need to have an employee take the tape offsite- this is done automatically!
  • No need to buy more tapes.
